M. Scott Gordon is the founding principal of M. Scott Gordon & Associates, and holds a Bachelor of Science from American College of Switzerland (1984), a Masters in history from University of Illinois at Chicago (1989), and a Juris Doctorate from Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago-Kent College of Law (1995). Mr. Gordon was admitted to the Illinois and U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois in 1995, and he is on the Circuit Court of Cook County’s panel for appointment as a Child’s Representative/Guardian ad Litem; he is also a certified Mediator.

Dayna L. Perlut joined the firm as an associate in 2010. Ms. Perlut holds a B.A. in political science and a minor in professional writing from DePaul University (2007), and a Juris Doctorate from The John Marshall Law School (2010). While in law school, she served as a judicial extern in the Circuit Court of Cook County, Domestic Relations Division. Ms. Perlut was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 2010.
